My order placed on December 26 has never been delivered. The parcel was declared lost, and despite my clear request for the items to be resent, no real solution has been provided.

Customer service only offers refunds instead of resending the order and resolving the issue properly. This situation has been ongoing for weeks with no satisfactory response.

Prices may look attractive, but avoid this company at all costs. The customer service is unreliable and does not take responsibility when problems occur.

To start, I find the most unique cosmetic and dermatologist products that are difficult to find elsewhere on this platform. The packaging is superb, and they occasionally include free samples with our orders, which is a nice touch. However, I sometimes find the sizes of the products to be surprising.

First and foremost

First and foremost, I find the rarest cosmetic and dermatologist products here that are hard to locate anywhere else. The packaging is fantastic, and they sometimes include free testers with our orders, which is a clever idea. However, I am occasionally surprised by the sizes of the products.

Never ordering from them again!

I placed an order for two products on November 29, expecting delivery between December 10–16, but there has been no update, and the tracking page hasn't changed. Customer service informed me that a refund would only be issued after January 23 if the package still hasn’t arrived. I explained that I wouldn't be available and couldn’t wait that long, but they showed no responsibility and offered no solution. I currently have neither my items nor my money. It's a very disappointing experience! This will be my last order from this service.

Good store, but international shipping costs are high

This store has an excellent selection of products, great sales, and quick international shipping, which makes it a good choice. However, I found the international shipping to be rather expensive, increasing with the number of items purchased. They do offer free shipping, but the threshold is quite high, like 150 euros. I would have bought more items, but the rising shipping costs limited my purchase.
