I visited a mall today and was deeply disappointed with my experience at the store. I was wrongly suspected of theft because I had my girlfriend's wallet in my pocket, which appeared suspicious. The consultant's lack of understanding and professionalism was unacceptable, failing to create a welcoming environment. To make things worse, he was indirectly talking about me to another employee, suggesting they keep an eye on me due to the wallet. I hope the staff receives better training moving forward.
