I ordered a branded sweatshirt in August and after 4 weeks received a very poor quality fake. I contacted the company to arrange a return, which was complicated and lengthy, and found out the item had to be sent back to France. I paid £11 to return the package, and a month later I still haven't heard back or received my refund; they are ignoring my emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY - DO NOT ORDER!
