I visited a mall today and was extremely let down by my experience at the store. I was wrongly accused of theft simply because I had my girlfriend's wallet in my pocket, which made it look suspicious. The consultant's lack of professionalism and understanding was unacceptable and did not create a welcoming atmosphere. To make matters worse, he was indirectly discussing me with another employee, suggesting they keep an eye on me due to the wallet. I hope the staff receive better training in the future.
