I’ve ordered from this company before and had a good experience. But, I ordered early January for a birthday present for the end of January. When it hadn’t arrived closer to the birthday I checked my emails. Order confirmed, money taken, no confirmation of shipment. I went on their website to check the status. No option to log in or contact them. I thought maybe they were having issues with their website. When I checked the website the following day, it gave an error, saying it was u unavailable and be back soon. I checked their Instagram page on 1st of February and they had a story up saying “sweet king will reopen soon with new owners 😄”That’s when u contacted them about my order. No reply since (now 12th February). If they’re having issues or reselling the business, they should send an email and let us know. Horrible way to deal with customers. Definitely will not trust to order again if they reopen. And will also take it further to get my money reimbursed if it’s not done soon
