Sweet King have a great business idea with plenty of opportunity however they are failing to pay attention to the customer experience. In my first order what I was sent versus what was advertised was a disgrace to rectify this I was sent a discount code that didn’t work. As the sweets were nice and they had yet another good idea I decided to order again for Valentines in Jan, my order has not arrived. Many customers are giving out about the same thing on social media and showing pictures of what has arrived for them which is not what is being sold or described! Sweet King are then blocking and deleting customer feedback online. This is shocking so yes while I understand a business is getting off the ground they will never be anything without their customers a lot of whom seem very irate, me included! SK need to invest in quality packaging, hire someone who can spell along with deal with their customers respectfully. They have no issue taking payment for products that never arrive OR arrive not as ordered OR not as described! Very poor for what could be a huge success. Would not recommend and will never order again. Finally they promote constantly through influencers who receive beautifully boxed, correctly spelt, perfectly timed packages.
