Unfortunately, the bed we chose wasn't right for us and my wife didn't enjoy it, so they did everything they could to make sure we were satisfied. Ultimately, we mutually agreed that a full refund was necessary and they honored it with no problems at all. Will definitely consider them again for a different mattress!
