I placed an order on December 30th, but by January 2nd, I hadn't received any notification. When I contacted customer support, they were dismissive and told me it would probably be dispatched on Monday, which is 144 hours later than promised. When I expressed my disappointment, I received no response—no apology, no offers to rectify the situation. I've ordered from them before, but after this experience, I will not be returning. There are plenty of other options available that are more trustworthy.
