I would give no stars if possible. I'm really let down. I placed my order on January 3rd, and now it's the 15th with no delivery in sight. They use a delivery service known for poor performance, and there hasn't even been an attempt to deliver my items. The support team isn't willing to process a refund until they hear back from the delivery service, which has yet to happen. It's clear I won't be returning to this company, as they seem to be taking no action or responsibility for my lost items. These were birthday gifts that I haven't received, and I'm very unhappy.

When I contacted customer support, they were dismissive and told me it would probably be dispatched on Monday, which is 144 hours later than promised. When I expressed my disappointment, I received no response—no apology, no offers to rectify the situation. I've ordered from them before, but after this experience, I will not be returning. There are plenty of other options available that are more trustworthy.

The company refused to accept responsibility for the mistake and would not file a claim because the delivery service claimed it was successfully delivered. It wasn't; they left it outside when no one was home. When I finally checked the billing address, there was no parcel there. No refund, no support. A total joke! Be cautious of their customer service, as I received a dismissive response. I will not be ordering again. (Update) The office manager later contacted me, admitting the error was on their side and arranged for a new order to be sent to the correct address. I appreciate the resolution and may update my review once I receive the new order.
