Honestly, it felt like a joke. Initially, the service was good, but after a month, they asked for proof of my no claims bonus. After 20 years of driving, I have never received such proof from any insurance company. When I explained this, they threatened to double my payment from £41 to £84 just because I couldn't provide it. This treatment is unacceptable.
