Quick and easy to set up from the quote , only niggle was I found it difficult to actually speak to someone when an issue needed sorting , ie extras shown included upto actual purchase where they shown as extras TO be added.

Frustration with Policy Changes

I encountered several issues trying to make adjustments to my current Policy due to the arrival of a new vehicle during the Policy term. I couldn't find answers to my questions on the website and had to reach out to Customer Services for help. Although I was assured of a return call (as stated in an automatic email reply), I have yet to receive any call!

Do not use this insurance provider!

I strongly recommend against insuring with this company! After filing a claim for damage to my vehicle, they paid me £1000 less than its insured value. I was misinformed multiple times about my policy status and the claim process has been dragging on for over three months. I am now facing a loss of £1000 on my claim and have £650 in excess pending, along with a negative mark on my credit report due to their misinformation. Please avoid this provider!

Very disappointing service

My experience has been extremely disappointing. My vehicle has been unrepaired since September 3, 2025, and has been moved multiple times without clear communication. As a non-fault party, I've faced constant delays and misinformation, leaving me stressed and unable to travel or attend appointments. Offering £100 compensation for months of inconvenience is disrespectful. I had to escalate the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service. I cannot recommend this service.

Frustrating experience with claims

Honestly, it felt like a joke. Initially, the service was good, but after a month, they asked for proof of my no claims bonus. After 20 years of driving, I have never received such proof from any insurance company. When I explained this, they threatened to double my payment from £41 to £84 just because I couldn't provide it. This treatment is unacceptable.
