My experience has been extremely disappointing. My vehicle has been unrepaired since September 3, 2025, and has been moved multiple times without clear communication. As a non-fault party, I've faced constant delays and misinformation, leaving me stressed and unable to travel or attend appointments. Offering £100 compensation for months of inconvenience is disrespectful. I had to escalate the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service. I cannot recommend this service.
