Swift identified that the overhead lockers needed checking as part of a wider safety campaign. The engineers, Steve and Dave, came to my home and spent 3-4 hours ensuring everything was safe and secure. They were very polite and professional and after completing you’d never have known they were there. They did a fantastic job in awful weather. Well done Swift - a great example of good service.
