Swift engineer’s Steve & Dave came this morning to complete recall work on the rear overhead lockers in my Carrera 194. When they removed the rear side panels and top locker’s, it revealed the insulation which seemed to be poorly fitted and inadequate in places. They replaced all the poorly fitted insulation ensuring it was all correctly glued and fitted leave no exposed metal before adding the new locker bracket’s and replacing the side panels. Steve & Dave were really polite, friendly and professional, and carried out a excellent job ensuring very thing was done to the highest standard and left everything clean and tidy. They were very knowledgeable and helpful asked if I had any other snags on the the van they could help with, they adjusted the rear blinds so they don’t keep slipping down. They also addressed some concerns I had read about on line about the front skylight panel cracking and leaking, they showed what sign’s to look for if it did leak, my van showed none of this sign’s which was very reassuring. Having read about a few horror stories online about Swift repairs I was a bit concerned about bad workmen ship. Steve & Dave carried out a first class job and restored my faith in Swift workmen ship and the Swift product.
