Good concept, but struggles with the shortcomings of the system. When it functions properly, it's efficient—quick blood tests and minimal wait time. Much better than the previous ticketing system. However, I’ve had two appointments canceled at the last minute. I’ve learned to avoid booking on Fridays or Mondays as staff seem to prefer extended weekends. The next available slot often ends up being a month away. If there was better management of staff leave, it would operate much more smoothly.
