Complicated process for a simple task

An overly complicated approach to a simple task. Previously, getting a ticket and waiting was straightforward. Now, you must navigate a confusing online booking system, dealing with multiple pages and location choices, all while waiting again. What about those who lack technical skills? Is the real issue too many needing blood tests, or a lack of administrative staff? We should really consider hiring more people to manage this.

Good concept

Good concept, but struggles with the shortcomings of the system. When it functions properly, it's efficient—quick blood tests and minimal wait time. Much better than the previous ticketing system. However, I’ve had two appointments canceled at the last minute. I’ve learned to avoid booking on Fridays or Mondays as staff seem to prefer extended weekends. The next available slot often ends up being a month away. If there was better management of staff leave, it would operate much more smoothly.

Unnecessarily complex solution

An unnecessarily complex solution to a non-issue. Before, you simply received a ticket and waited. Now, you must book online or check in via your phone, navigating through a cumbersome login and numerous pages, selecting from various locations, and hoping to successfully book at your current venue, followed by more waiting. What about those who aren't tech-savvy? Is the real issue just too many needing blood tests, or is it a lack of administrative support? We should consider hiring more staff to manage this.

Struggles with online booking. The system does not recognize my healthcare provider, making it impossible to schedule an appointment. I wonder how much is being spent on this service.

The staff member who took my blood was incredibly skilled; I didn’t feel a thing. A wonderful experience overall.

Long wait times for appointments

It’s impossible to secure an appointment within a month! Most appointments should ideally be available within a few days. Why not allow more short-term bookings? The previous ticketing system was much more effective!

Extremely disappointing service

The service is extremely disappointing and shows a lack of competence. The appointment time was changed just minutes before it was due, after waiting three weeks. Unacceptable!

Difficulties in booking for children

I can't even schedule a blood test for my child nearby; I have to travel a considerable distance. This is quite frustrating!

Incompetent service

This service should not be operational. My mother and I spent hours trying to set up her account, only for her to find the login details didn't work after I left, despite having booked a blood test. It was functional one moment and then failed without explanation. Attempts to reset her password were also unsuccessful. The contact links are broken, making it impossible to get help. How is this service still in use?
