Absolutely awful interface that reminds you of a windows xp web page, that forces you to create yet another account with a password. As someone who has to have regular blood tests, it's gone from turning up with a short wait to be seen, to now having to wait at least a week for a appointment slot with the added stress as I don't live locally and have to drive and find somewhere to park, trying to get there for a specific time slot.
