I got an email from Temu or this company saying that my package was delivered at 9:30am yesterday morning. I caught it right away and started trying to get in touch with someone to show that the correct address was on my package that was sitting on someone else's front porch. The courier took pictures of the house # he left it at but no street name and he took pictures of my package on a little table who knows Where. my correct address is nothing like the # he left it at. They gave me the courier phone number but no one answers until a recording Saying they are to busy to answer phone so go to the website or hotline but when I called the hotline it said the same thing then they hang up on you after you have waited on the phone listening to the same song playing for 20 minutes and when you try to email them it won't let you download the pictures of the mistake and wrong place they delivered it to.. when I track the package # it says it was successfully delivered to me at my correct address.. The Worst part is not being able to reach absolutely anyone at this company.. I mean all day I called and emailed them and I still haven't heard from them .. I messaged the courier Phone # as well and get nothing. I would go pick up my package wherever it is but I have no idea what street this house is on.. I live in a red brick 🧱 home and my package was delivered to a brown stucco house with only the # 3938 to go on and a picture of my package at this house..
