Swiftx is a scam they dont answer the phone they dont deliver on time the claimed they tried to deliver my package but couldn't get in thru the gate I have security they could of left the package with claim they would redeliver and its been a week and still nothing worst shipping place ever they suck.
I got an email from Temu or this company saying that my package was delivered at 9:30am yesterday morning. I caught it right away and started trying to get in touch with someone to show that the correct address was on my package that was sitting on someone else's front porch. The courier took pictures of the house # he left it at but no street name and he took pictures of my package on a little table who knows Where. my correct address is nothing like the # he left it at. They gave me the courier phone number but no one answers until a recording Saying they are to busy to answer phone so go to the website or hotline but when I called the hotline it said the same thing then they hang up on you after you have waited on the phone listening to the same song playing for 20 minutes and when you try to email them it won't let you download the pictures of the mistake and wrong place they delivered it to.. when I track the package # it says it was successfully delivered to me at my correct address.. The Worst part is not being able to reach absolutely anyone at this company.. I mean all day I called and emailed them and I still haven't heard from them .. I messaged the courier Phone # as well and get nothing. I would go pick up my package wherever it is but I have no idea what street this house is on.. I live in a red brick 🧱 home and my package was delivered to a brown stucco house with only the # 3938 to go on and a picture of my package at this house..
Delivery driver threw my package from about 20ft away at my metal mailbox, damaging it, the package, and the lawn decorations it landed on. Unresponsive by phone, filed a ticket and no response either. Caught on my doorbell camera but judging from everyone else's experiences they won't do anything about it.
This Company is the worst courier shipping service I have ever dealt with. They don’t even deserve 1 star. The delivery girl refused to bring the package to my building - she had no clue where she was and would not tell me where she was to pick up the package from her. She then marked my package as customer refused to accept the package and then returned my package to the sender. The customer service is unresponsive and does not do a single thing. They don’t try to redeliver the package. I’m pretty sure they just steal your package and keep the items for themselves. They are a total scam.
They claim that they cannot find my address. Well there is no excuse for that. I responded to their text with more detailed instructions. They still claimed to not find me. My package was not delivered. Customer service line never answers n finally disconnected me stating all lines were busy after holding for 15 minutes. Opened a ticket...drop down for state listed about 8 total states in the US!!! THEy list these email as a .com address.... not valid.
Receive my package. Box was a bit dented. Everything was okay until I reviewed the security camera, the woman who drop off the package literally throw it to the doorstep. If this is the regular practice in dropping off package, this company should shut down its operation.
I experienced no notifications and extremely late night deliveries. At times, I received messages stating they couldn't locate my address. I couldn't reach the support team by phone; one number was fake, and the other kept me on hold for an extended period without resolution. Additionally, no one responded to my email. I reached out to the seller, suggesting they consider a more reliable delivery service. There have been numerous delivery issues with this service, and I may avoid buying from sellers who utilize it.
This delivery service is the worst! Living in an apartment complex, I've noticed that during recent deliveries, the drivers simply leave packages on the ground in the mailbox area. They could easily place them in our parcel lockers or deliver them to our door. Instead, they choose to leave them on the ground, making them vulnerable to theft. Many residents in the complex have faced the same problem. This is simply unacceptable!
This delivery service has let me down twice in a week regarding my delivery, as the driver was unable to find the address. A simple Google search reveals not only the location of the building but also several photos of it. I believe the driver should be replaced, or perhaps an AI driver would do a better job.
Extremely disappointing experience! My package was marked as delivered a week ago, but it never arrived. I've tried contacting the support team through various channels, but have received no reply. The customer service is nonexistent, and the delivery is highly unreliable. I strongly advise against ordering anything that utilizes this carrier!
