I strongly recommend not purchasing from this company. I ordered a jacket as a gift and checked their return policy beforehand, which clearly stated that items could be returned within 28 days. However, the only return option provided was through a service that is currently not operational, and none of my emails have been answered. They do respond to messages on their social media, but they claim they don't manage the company's operations and can't help further. The customer service is incredibly disappointing; it's frustrating enough not to receive a refund, but the lack of response to inquiries is unacceptable. I am genuinely disappointed.
