I strongly advise against buying from this seller. I ordered a jacket as a gift and checked their return policy, which stated items could be returned within 28 days. Yet, the only return option was through a non-functioning service, and my emails have gone unanswered. They do reply on social media but claim they can't assist further. The customer service is incredibly disappointing; not receiving a refund is frustrating enough, but the lack of response is unacceptable. I'm truly let down.

I recently purchased wetsuit gloves and socks and I'm thrilled with them. The quality is excellent, they fit perfectly, keeping my hands and feet warm. They're also easy to put on and take off. I had tried other options before, and although they were slightly cheaper, there's no comparison with these products. Fantastic items, thank you for making them!
