The team at the service has been truly wonderful with my three children, including my little girl who just turned two. We were uncertain if she was too young to start, but they have been fantastic with her, ensuring she feels safe and even using sign language to aid her understanding. Having swim buddies in the water with the kids has significantly boosted their confidence. The staff consistently reassure parents during lessons that their children are happy and encourage the kids to smile and wave at their guardians! They have been very accommodating when we needed to adjust our lesson times, and if we ever had to join a waiting list, it was only for a couple of weeks to secure the time we needed. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained. Worth every penny!
