I highly recommend these swimming lessons! The team is incredibly nice, approachable, professional, and very supportive with the children. They really take the time to encourage each child and help build their confidence in the water, which is evident in how much my kids have progressed. The environment is welcoming and uplifting, and my children truly look forward to each lesson. A remarkable experience overall!
The team at the service has been truly wonderful with my three children, including my little girl who just turned two. We were uncertain if she was too young to start, but they have been fantastic with her, ensuring she feels safe and even using sign language to aid her understanding. Having swim buddies in the water with the kids has significantly boosted their confidence. The staff consistently reassure parents during lessons that their children are happy and encourage the kids to smile and wave at their guardians! They have been very accommodating when we needed to adjust our lesson times, and if we ever had to join a waiting list, it was only for a couple of weeks to secure the time we needed. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained. Worth every penny!

My eldest took to the pool like a pro, breezed through the stages with ease, and is now in the academy, capable of swimming 1000m. She loves her lessons and hates to miss them. One of the instructors has taught her at various stages and is incredible, correcting her until her swimming is perfect. She has thrived under this teaching. My youngest, however, didn’t follow in her sister’s footsteps. Initially, he cried and screamed, but then a swim buddy changed everything. She was so patient, discovered what he enjoyed, played with him, and gradually he fell in love with swimming. Her remarkable patience shone through, even on days when he cried the entire lesson. When he moved groups, he faced challenges again, but she remained steadfast, ensuring he felt happy and safe. He is now swimming and making great progress, all thanks to her. The entire staff has been fantastic, and I couldn’t think of a better place for my children. I even recommended the service to my school when we needed a new swim provider.

The entire team has been wonderful, and I couldn't imagine taking my children anywhere else. In fact, when my school needed a new swim provider, I recommended this service without hesitation.

In just 5 months, they've made incredible strides! They're now swimming without floatation aids, following instructions, and genuinely enjoying the learning process. The staff-to-child ratio is excellent as well. I highly recommend this experience!
My son has made remarkable progress in swimming and genuinely enjoys going every week without fail. The instructors are wonderful, and I appreciate all the support they provide for my child. It’s worth the extra cost each month for this swimming facility, as it is pricier than others, but worth every penny.
Absolutely incredible! My little girl started here in August after attending a different swim class. I was quite anxious about how she would cope, especially as she had started to dislike water due to her previous experience, but my worries were quickly alleviated, and now she loves swimming on Saturdays! 💗
Fantastic service. The facilities are great. The swim instructors and pool buddies are exceptional. We switched from another local provider, and our children have quickly developed into confident swimmers. My only minor concern is that sometimes the teaching staff switch groups too frequently. Our children have performed better in groups with consistent instructors, as it helps build their confidence. This is a small issue, though. There’s no one better in our area, as evidenced by their numerous awards and the popularity of their swim schools.
