My two children have been swimming with the service for several years; my 8-year-old for 4 years and my 4-year-old for 2. She absolutely loves her lessons and dislikes missing them. One of the instructors has taught her at various levels and is fantastic, ensuring everything is perfect. She has thrived under this guidance. My youngest, however, did not take to swimming as easily. Initially, he was quite upset, but then a supportive buddy transformed his experience. This instructor was incredibly patient, discovering what he enjoyed, engaging him, and gradually helping him fall in love with swimming. Her remarkable patience shone through, even on days when he was upset. When he transitioned to a new group, he experienced some anxiety again, but she remained steadfast, ensuring he felt happy and secure with his peers. Through playful activities, she helped him adjust, and now he is swimming and progressing towards stage 6, all thanks to her. The entire team has been wonderful, and I couldn't imagine taking my children anywhere else. In fact, when my school needed a new swim provider, I recommended this service without hesitation.
