Fantastic service. The facilities are great. The swim instructors and pool buddies are exceptional. We switched from another local provider, and our children have quickly developed into confident swimmers. My only minor concern is that sometimes the teaching staff switch groups too frequently. Our children have performed better in groups with consistent instructors, as it helps build their confidence. This is a small issue, though. There’s no one better in our area, as evidenced by their numerous awards and the popularity of their swim schools.
Excellent facilities—plenty of cubicles that are always clean. The viewing area has ample seating. The staff are wonderful with the children, encouraging them and making swimming a lot of fun. Classes are never overcrowded, and there are always plenty of swim buddies available to assist alongside the main instructor.
Fantastic experience from the moment we entered. All the staff are welcoming and friendly, and the place is well-maintained and organized. The lessons have significantly boosted my daughter’s confidence and swimming skills. Initially, it was challenging to get her in the pool. The instructors are all brilliant and exceptionally patient. The welcome pack and rewards system with certificates and a book to keep them motivated is great for kids. Communication through email and text is excellent. Keep up the great work, thank you! 5*
My two children attended leisure centre lessons from being babies but they were hardly making any progress. We were reluctant to try Swimstars due to the price but WOW it has been worth every penny. They have come on so much in just 5 months! Swimming without arm bands, listening to instructions and loving learning to swim. The ratio of staff to children is fantastic too. Cannot rate highly enough!
My son went to swimstars for a few years and my daughter has been there about 18 months now and the speed in which they progress is amazing! We tried the local council swimming lessons with my son prior to starting swimstars and the progression wasn't there at all. Swimstars are amazing and they are the cleanest swimming pool we've ever been to! The changing rooms are always super clean and there is always someone cleaning the floors around the pool. I recommend them to everyone I know who's kids are going to be starting swimming lessons
