Major Disappointment

This has been a significant disappointment. I've been waiting for a parcel since October 22, having paid a lot for expensive items, yet only one out of four items has arrived. There is no customer service available locally; all my emails bounce back. I’m left with no choice but to seek a refund and report this issue to the relevant authorities. It's truly shameful!

As a former customer of another platform and now of the local service, I've encountered issues with transport companies relying on phone numbers instead of emails for access. My package was not listed in the delivery application, preventing notifications about its arrival. While I understand GDPR policies, without my phone number, delivery is impossible, risking the package being returned. I was fortunate to inquire about another expected package during this confusion.
