Returned items still not refunded after 2 and a half months! I think they lost the items but I sent fedex so I have a signature. Customer service is a joke....lots of promises when you call but no follow up. Emails get no response. I have been told over and over that it will be taken care of. I did receive a partial refund, but no where near the amount that I am owed!
