Í should’ve done my due diligence and researched the reviews on this company before placing my order. They never shipped out the products I ordered and have made it extremely difficult to get any kind of help or support. I’ve called 4-5 times and emailed back and forth about 3-4 times. It’s been a FULL month and still no resolution in sight. Please save yourself the headache and don’t fall for their “cute trendy items.”

Unwanted enrollment in an expensive program

They automatically enroll you in a rewards program costing $18 monthly. I have proof of my return, but the seller claims it wasn't received, so I'm not getting a refund. While they offer a good selection, the risk of dealing with them again isn’t worth it.

Avoid this seller at all costs

I wish I could give this seller zero stars! My first order years ago was fine, but things have drastically declined. They lure you in with 'discounts' while the product quality is poor. If a shipment is lost, expect to wait 21 days for a refund. Such a frustrating experience. Save your money and sanity by shopping elsewhere!

Caution with 'rewards' program

Be sure to read the fine print. They advertise rewards as free, but signing up for free shipping enrolls you in a program that costs $16.95 monthly. Very misleading!

Gift order mishap

I ordered a swimsuit as a gift, marked as delivered by the carrier, yet the health facility staff confirmed no package arrived. They refused to process a replacement without a signed affidavit, and for orders over $200, a police report is required. I regret spending money on swimwear here.

Extremely disappointing experience

I received a bikini six sizes smaller than the ordered one-piece suit, which I returned promptly. Despite their promise of a refund in 3 to 5 days, I haven't seen anything yet. I strongly advise against ordering from them.

They offer free returns for store credit, but after returning my item nine days ago with their prepaid label, I haven't received credit or any acknowledgment. The chat support was vague, and when I mentioned reporting my experience, the chat ended abruptly. They seem disorganized, but the lack of communication is frustrating.
