He helped set up my son's new MTB, after it had been packed poorly for delivery and needed some adjustments to the gears, seat-post and euro-config brakes - and gave it a proper PDI (post delivery inspection) and set-up service. When every other bike shop was giving 4-week lead times, Paul moved mountains to fit us in (hitting his birthday deadline 🙌).
