I want to share my significant frustration with the service I received regarding my refund request. I submitted a formal refund request on November 26th after my visa was rejected. At that time, my policy had not yet started. Despite reaching out in advance, I waited over 10 business days for a response. When I finally heard back, the company stated they could not issue a refund because the policy had 'already started.' This feels entirely unjust, as the policy only became active due to their delay in processing my request. I am now facing financial loss because of this issue. I urge the company to review my case, acknowledge my original request date, and issue the refund as is standard practice for visa rejections.
