I am going on a tourist trip to Switzerland and yesterday I paid my insurance for 24 days. I received a receipt, but the insurance file still hasn't been sent 24 hours later. I urgently need the insurance to apply for a visa. I am in shock from such service. Also I don't have a login and password to enter my personal account.UPDATE On 28/08: I did receive my insurance and login to my personal account after contacting the customer service by email. But I still find this situation extremely frustrating, considering that they do not warn you anywhere that you will not get your insurance immediately after payment.
