I am reaching out to convey my significant frustration regarding the service I received related to a refund request. I submitted a formal request on November 26th due to a visa rejection, and at that time, my policy had not yet commenced (start date: December 1st). Despite my early outreach, the response from the company took over 10 business days. By the time I got a reply, they stated they could no longer issue a refund because the policy had "already started." This is completely unjust, as the policy only became active due to the company's failure to process my request promptly. I am now financially impacted due to their administrative delay. I urge the company to review my case, recognize the original request date, and issue the refund as is customary for visa rejections.
