I placed an order for the Festive Family meal at the takeout counter on December 6, 2025, choosing fries as two of my side options. Unfortunately, the fries were completely inedible! They tasted like leftover fries that had been reheated. I called to complain, and they offered me two sides and a dessert. Did I mention everything was served cold?
