I ordered the Festive Family meal at the takeout counter on December 6, 2025, selecting fries as two of my side choices. Unfortunately, the fries were completely inedible! They tasted like leftover fries that had been reheated the next day. I reached out to the support team, and they offered me two sides and a dessert. Additionally, everything was served cold!

This location is my family's go-to spot. The staff are amazing, creating a wonderful atmosphere. Our server was fantastic! However, it was extremely busy, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. Despite the manager being present, there was no assistance provided to help the servers manage the workload. Keep up the great work, you deserve recognition!
We've been regulars here due to our grandson enjoying the meals. Recently, we ordered the Festive Specials, expecting the complimentary appetizer we usually receive with our CAA card. This time, we were informed that this perk doesn't apply to Festive Specials, which was frustrating given the higher prices. Additionally, why remove rice pilaf from the sides? We may consider dining elsewhere unless these issues are addressed.
Our waitress at the Fairway Road location was outstanding. She was humorous and engaging, making our experience enjoyable. Although the restaurant was crowded and the food took a bit longer, it was worth the wait. When our meals arrived, they were hot and plentiful. She deserves a raise!
The Thanksgiving Feast is usually great, but this time it fell short. The chicken portion was very small, and the market vegetables were overly salty and garlicky. There was no gravy, the stuffing was soggy, and the cranberry sauce was minimal. The potato was acceptable, but overall, this meal was not worth the price, especially for a senior.
We visited the location on Dufferin Street for Thanksgiving. The service was extremely slow due to being understaffed, and it worsened as it got busier. When we received our pumpkin pie, it was frozen. The waitress did provide three to-go pies as compensation, but the flavor was quite disappointing.
For dinner for two, the chicken portions were small, the fries were soggy and burnt, and the spring rolls had dry chicken. I tried to get a refund through the delivery service, but they were unhelpful. After writing a negative review, the owner reached out and apologized, but overall, the customer service experience was disappointing.
