If I could rate less than one star I would, THE CALL SYSTEM that takes your order instead of the people in the restaurant is atrocious:1. Person taking my order was horribly trained, awful communication and listening skills, so many mistakes made that I corrected but were never fixed, didnt read back the order2. She told me to tip the driver, so I asked to add it onto the bill as I payed over the phone and she said it was already placed without reading it back to me or giving a total3. Ignored my corrections and gave me the most expensive current specials instead4. Got my name and drinks wrong5. Finally they don't give refunds but rather SWISS CHALET CREDIT OF $10 ONLY0/10 never eating there or ordering again sorry! This has happened the past 5 times!
