Ordered online for pick up at Ottawa southkeys location.... pickup time 5:20 got my order at 6:15.... unacceptable, Covid or not ... staff according it’s Thanksgiving it’s going to be busy, what ticked me off is every food delivery service was in and out lickety split.... why do they get priority???? I’m a paying customer.... they need a better system...
