I ordered the Festive Family meal at the takeout counter on December 6, 2025, selecting fries as two of my side choices. Unfortunately, the fries were completely inedible! They tasted like leftover fries that had been reheated the next day. I reached out to the support team, and they offered me two sides and a dessert. Additionally, everything was served cold!
