I had a watch that fell and opened! It's a few years old, just to clarify. I sent it for service and after a reasonable amount of time, I got my fully serviced and polished watch back, looking as good as new. Highly recommended. I also own another luxury watch, so you can guess where I’ll be sending it for service! :-)
