I sent it for service, and after a reasonable wait, I received my fully serviced and polished watch back, looking as good as new. Highly recommended. Exceptional service. They managed to repair my watch when many others couldn’t. Their repair from home process was seamless, as was the team and communication. All completed in 2 weeks and significantly cheaper than other repair centers. Couldn’t be happier - thank you!
I have a 45-year-old watch that I sent in for service due to a cracked face. I was nervous handing it over to a specialist but was very pleased with the level of care they provided. They had the right parts, and it returned looking shiny. Great communication throughout, which is a plus - as great customer care is rare with old watch specialists!
Absolutely fantastic, I sent a vintage watch in poor condition for service. It hadn’t worked for years, the crown was broken, and the strap and clasp were damaged. I received a very reasonable quote for a new strap and full service shortly after sending it. Within 2 weeks, I got the watch back, and it looked brand new. So happy to wear it again!
