I had a watch that dropped and opened! It's a few years old, just so you know. I sent it for service, and after a reasonable wait, I received my fully serviced and polished watch back, looking as good as new. Highly recommended. I also have another luxury watch, so you can guess where I’ll be sending it for service! :-)
