Swissotel Patong, PhuketThe hotel, staff and food are top notch. However. my wife and I were in the gym when the apparent hotel manager walked in. She rudely asked me if I were her (my wife) trainer..I said no..she is better at training me. She rudely asked me if the phone worked, all the time giving us a degrading look. We were dressed nicely and did not need nor deserve her condescending tone. She stared at us for several minutes and then asked if we used the supplied towels, in a tone as if we were not supposed to. Walking around us, staring like we were trash, she leaves, almost slamming the door shut. We are not easily intimidated, but this woman had the tone of a junk yard dog. Avoid this hotel at all costs. She unfortunately ruined perfection.
