We spent a wonderful week in December at Swissôtel Sharm El Sheikh and truly loved our stay. The resort is beautiful, with stunning swimming pools, a fun aqua park, and a lovely private beach. The beach bars added a great atmosphere, and special thanks to Mahmoud for his excellent service, always friendly and attentive.
The variety of à la carte restaurants was impressive, offering plenty of choice and great quality food throughout our stay. We would also like to compliment the Dutch hotel manager, Matthias Bloemhard, for the outstanding management and hospitality.
Overall, an amazing resort with excellent facilities and service. We will definitely come back!
We had a fantastic week in December at a well-known resort and absolutely enjoyed our time. The property is stunning, featuring beautiful swimming pools, a fun water park, and a charming private beach. The beach bars created a wonderful ambiance, and a special mention to a staff member for his outstanding service, always cheerful and attentive. The range of à la carte dining options was remarkable, offering plenty of variety and high-quality meals during our stay. We also want to commend the hotel manager for exceptional leadership and hospitality. Overall, a superb resort with excellent amenities and service. We will undoubtedly return!
We came to celebrate a special birthday, but the experience has been very disappointing. The breakfast service is inadequate. The hotel seems more interested in trendy items while neglecting basic necessities like sliced bread. There isn't even a proper egg station, which is expected at this level of hospitality. You can request eggs at your table, but they often don’t arrive. Some staff members admitted they are overworked, which explains the situation but doesn't excuse it. For those of us with dietary needs, a reliable breakfast is crucial. Sadly, the options and service were not up to par. I’m relieved we didn’t opt for all-inclusive, as I can only imagine how poor that would be. To make matters worse, we witnessed other guests leaving due to the same issues. With several days left in our stay, I'm already dreading what’s to come. I cannot recommend this hotel; the breakfast is unacceptable and the service is severely lacking.
I stayed in a well-known hotel and had to switch rooms since the first one didn’t offer the full view we had paid for. After that, everything went smoothly; the staff were courteous and attentive. Service was prompt, and anything we needed was just a call away. Breakfast was pricey and not the best, with limited options. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the main mosque. The view from the room was also lovely. I would consider staying again but would critique the high prices for everything, from food to drinks.
We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at a well-known hotel. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly. However, long lines were present due to the standard check-in time. I suggest contacting the hotel ahead for early check-in, as it can really help avoid crowds. The ambiance was pleasant, and the hotel maintained a lovely fragrance throughout. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a breathtaking view that was spiritually uplifting. The amenities were well thought out, and the location was convenient, allowing easy access to our rooms. The staff were very accommodating, offering us a late check-out. Would I return? Absolutely. If you're visiting the area, I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning views and excellent service.
We had an amazing stay at a popular resort! The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating of every detail of our visit. Despite some health limitations, we received invaluable support throughout our stay, from the welcoming atmosphere to suggestions on places to explore. The staff made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The cleanliness and room quality were exceptional, with a stunning sunset view from the top floor. We were so impressed that we have decided to return in September. We are truly grateful for everything and hope this feedback reaches the management for recognition.
In a well-known hotel, we found ourselves cramped with four adults in a room meant for two, with amenities only provided for two. We had to request additional towels, and there was barely any space to move around due to luggage. It felt more like we were all sharing one large bed.
The experience at a certain hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms were dull with peeling wallpaper and a dated interior. If you're spending money, it's better spent elsewhere. Other hotels in the area offer a more pleasant stay with helpful staff. The accommodations were below expectations, and the cleanliness was lacking. Overall, this hotel did not live up to its claimed standards.
