Poor staff to staff, management and supervisor communication skills. Poor management, supervisor, management people skills with no training, no central HR support for staff, outdated hot uniforms for men and women inside the airport terminal, low staff moral, high staff turnover. The only positive I can say is the free staff parking via an Asic card. Reliable regular but low pay. Not far above the min wage here in Australia.
