I placed an order with the company and explained that I urgently needed a mattress since I had none at home. A sales representative assured me it would be delivered in 3 business days. However, after placing the order, due to a payment system issue, I was told I could pay on delivery day. Now, three weeks later, the mattress still hasn't been delivered. I've made numerous calls to the company's headquarters and the local branch, but they have no idea where my mattress is or when it will arrive. In the second week, I received an email stating I had to pay in advance, which I did, despite having explained my urgent situation. My husband and I have called multiple times, but they still can't provide any information. I've lived in three different countries, and this is the first time I've encountered a company that doesn't know the status of their products. How is that possible in this day and age? The store has offered to cancel my order without charge, but after three weeks, I have nothing. I cannot recommend this company due to their lack of professionalism and customer focus.
