Extremely Disappointed with Delivery Service

I placed an order with a store, clearly explaining my urgent need for a mattress since I had none at home. The sales representative assured me that it would be delivered within three business days. However, as we entered the third week post-purchase, the mattress had still not arrived. Multiple calls to the company's headquarters and the local branch yielded no information about the mattress's whereabouts or delivery timeline. To make matters worse, I received an unexpected email demanding payment before delivery, despite having already settled the payment on the same day I received the email. My husband and I have continued to call, but they remain unable to provide any updates. Having lived in three different countries, I have never encountered a situation where a company is unaware of the status of their own products. It's hard to believe that in this day and age, such issues still occur. While the store now offers the option to cancel the order without penalty, I've already wasted three weeks. I cannot recommend this company; they may offer quality products, but their professionalism and customer focus are severely lacking.

Disappointing Experience with the Company

I've made numerous calls to the company's headquarters and the local branch, but they have no idea where my mattress is or when it will arrive. In the second week, I received an email stating I had to pay in advance, which I did, despite having explained my urgent situation. My husband and I have called multiple times, but they still can't provide any information. I've lived in three different countries, and this is the first time I've encountered a company that doesn't know the status of their products. How is that possible in this day and age? The store has offered to cancel my order without charge, but after three weeks, I have nothing. I cannot recommend this company due to their lack of professionalism and customer focus.

Order Delayed Multiple Times

My order has been delayed five times. Initially scheduled for week 41, it's now pushed to week 4 at best. I've called six times, but I cannot change the order online, and sheets cannot be delivered separately. They never return calls, offer no compensation, and there's no way to escalate my concerns to management. If you want to experience poor service, buy a bed from this company. I've never written a review before, but this situation compelled me to do so.

Expensive Bed Frame with Issues

I paid €3,000 for an oak bed that showed visible damage within days. Both the store and technician acknowledged that it was unusual and promised a replacement, but the company later refused and closed the case. I've now filed a complaint with the appropriate consumer organization.

Still Waiting for My Mattress

I am still waiting for a mattress that was supposed to be delivered 10 days ago. I'm currently sleeping on the floor while the company blames the delivery service. There is no focus on customer service; instead of working on a solution, they wait for me to complain before reaching out.

Avoid This Company!

I am extremely disappointed with the product quality and customer service. After purchasing a bed frame, the wood color changed and the finish deteriorated quickly. Customer support sent a technician who confirmed it wasn't due to customer error and promised a replacement. However, the quality department later denied the replacement without explanation. This is unacceptable for a company that claims to be high-quality and reliable. The product quality is poor, and the customer service is misleading and unhelpful. I strongly advise others to reconsider before making a purchase.

Great Purchase Experience in Alkmaar

We bought a king-size box spring bed at the location during our vacation in the Netherlands. Initially, we weren't sure what we wanted, but the sales clerk guided us through the process, helping us identify our needs. Eventually, we found our dream bed and received some free accessories with our purchase. We are now eagerly awaiting delivery, which is free even to Germany.
