My order has been delayed five times. Initially scheduled for week 41, it's now pushed to week 4 at best. I've called six times, but I cannot change the order online, and sheets cannot be delivered separately. They never return calls, offer no compensation, and there's no way to escalate my concerns to management. If you want to experience poor service, buy a bed from this company. I've never written a review before, but this situation compelled me to do so.
