Don't buy the K10+ Pro Combo

I really like the K10+ Pro vacuum. However I bought the Combo version as well, and the handheld was not good for various reasons (badly designed, including not ergonomic, and slots in at the back and scrapes the wall), faulty attachment (the brush doesn't stay down), and a connection issue (so it wouldn't empty on its own reliably, only with the robot).I reported some of these issues in the first 30 days, but they refused to give me a refund after 6 weeks. They wanted to replace it. But it's badly designed (and the fault with the attachment is also likely to be a design issue; the lock just isn't strong enough), so why would I want another? I bought another K10+ Pro in the meantime to replace it instead.After some arguing (and me saying I was going to submit a Paypal case) they agreed to refund it if I sent it back (to Germany!).They sent me a document which was supposedly the shipping label (though it didn't look like one, and it was labelled Invoice, and there were three identical copies of it in the PDF). But I put it on the box.The next day they sent me what was actually the shipping label, so I put that over the top of the invoice. At no time did they tell me both documents needed to be displayed; there were no instructions about how to send it (or what you were supposed to do with each of the three copies!).I had to take it to a UPS collection point. So I strapped it onto my sack truck, and wheeled it almost a mile to the UPS point. They said they don't do drop-offs (even though the UPS website says they do).So I wheeled it to the next UPS point. Which did take it, but they also said they might have to contact me if the courier refused to take it, as it was over 10 kg (which nobody said would be an issue).It went, apparently successfully. But then it was returned to me because there was no invoice on it (even though it was on there, just not visible).Eventually they said I could just keep or dispose of it rather than trying to send it back again (as I insisted on them arranging a UPS collection this time, and giving me full instructions for sending it).So I gave it away, and awaited my refund. Which still has not been actioned. They owe me hundreds of pounds (never mind the time, effort, and stress I have put into this), and this has been going on since July, when I bought it.In summary, the K10+ Pro is good, the Combo is bad, and their customer service is terrible.
