We are a church and arranged a broadband contract via SwitchAid. Having had the router and ancillary equipment delivered, we were required to set it all up. Whilst this appeared a daunting prospect, via a ‘Teams’ call, Lee talked us through the process. His guidance was perfect and enabled everything to be set up and put into working order without difficulty. We are new customers, but based on the experience to date, we would definitely recommend them……a massive improvement in service when compared with our previous provider - and they got us a better provision at a lower cost.
