As a charity, we are always looking to reduce costs. Our telecoms contract was about to end so l contacted SwitchAid who, within an incredibly short period of time, identified exactly the most appropriate service for us and arranged to upgrade the equipment. Kept us informed at every stage of the process and we now have fully functioning telecoms with a very significant monthly cost reduction. Our thanks to Karen and Lee for looking after us so well.

I contacted this company after being frustrated at not finding the information I required from a sister company. I spoke with Kim who listened to my exasperations concerning an ongoing technical issue. Not only did she respond to the request for help, she went over and above to make sure everything was sorted. She also showed extreme patience in dealing with my lack of IT skills. All was sorted to my satisfaction. Communication was exceptional and I was kept well informed on how the case was progressing until it was resolved. Hooray! She also helped with a minor additional technical hiccup which was way beyond her initial brief. Highly recommended. Thank you Kim
We had many obstacles to overcome when installing a business broadband into our Before/after school club. All the way through this process from November until February, we had the same point of contact within SwitchAid. Jack Luck could not have done more to help. He religiously kept me updated on almost a weekly basis so I knew what was happening. Merit should be given where it is due and his contact with me made this whole process easier to deal with.
We are a church and arranged a broadband contract via SwitchAid. Having had the router and ancillary equipment delivered, we were required to set it all up. Whilst this appeared a daunting prospect, via a ‘Teams’ call, Lee talked us through the process. His guidance was perfect and enabled everything to be set up and put into working order without difficulty. We are new customers, but based on the experience to date, we would definitely recommend them……a massive improvement in service when compared with our previous provider - and they got us a better provision at a lower cost. Definitely 10 out of 10.
I’ve been with these guys for getting on 10yrs, and the service is just always the best. They go above and beyond all the time. Such a smooth process, honest and upfront and it’s really refreshing to have such fantastic customer service. Kim and Nathan are both great and a pleasure to deal with, and I really appreciate their help
