I then spent almost 3 weeks trying to contact their "Technical Team" (if they actually have such a thing). I rang EVERY DAY usually 3 -4 times. EVERY DAY. I was always put on hold, I waited and waited 20-30 minutes at a time - NEVER got an answerSo, having no phone service at all, I decided to switch to BT. I then got AN IMMEDIATE response from UNICOM/CLEAR BUSINESS, threatening me with a £1500 charge if I switched. I TRIED to call them about this charge, and I was immediately told that I WOULD BE PUT THROUGH TO (yes you guessed it) the mythical ? "Technical Team"I waited another 30 minutes with no responseI would add that 4 weeks on, I have never had a response from the "Technical Team" or any other branch of this appalling business about any aspect of this problem
